"I recently visited Local Public Eatery in Seattle and wanted to give a shout-out to both the bartender and the manager for making my experience memorable. - The bartender Chris K was absolutely fantastic, super friendly, knowledgeabl. He made me a great mocktail and even offered great recommendations from the menu. I really appreciated the energy they brought to the bar; it made the whole place feel welcoming and fun. - The waitress Gaby was incredible! She was attentive, accommodating, and made sure everything was just right. She checked in without being intrusive, answered all our questions, and really made the meal feel special. The food was really good ! - The manager Chris P was very attentive, approachable, and clearly cares about the customer experience. They checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. It’s clear that he care about both the staff and the guests, and that really shows in the atmosphere of the restaurant. Overall: Local Public Eatery has a great vibe. From the bartender’s energy to the manager’s attentiveness, I felt well taken care of as a guest. I’ll definitely be coming back — it’s exactly the kind of place you want to hang out with friends or grab a casual meal and drink."

"Gaby was amazing! She was super friendly! I asked for a suggestion for a local beer and she provided one that was soooo smooth. It was Manny's pale ale..when we asked for suggestions for things to do around here, she gave us several ideas. Thank you Gaby for being a great server!"

"Had a good dinner at the Local Public Eatery! Chris P. & Tina were so accommodating to us and our pup - they set up the heater and brought us blankets to be seated out in the patio. The truffle cheeseburger, truffle chicken pot pie, Warm Me Up (hot spiked espresso drink), and apple cobbler were amazing! Definitely will come back next time."

"I can't say enough about the awesome food and service at this Local. As a regular business and pleasure traveler, I have been to literally *hundreds* of similar spots around Canada, US, Europe, and Asia. Every visit here makes me feel like I'm part of the family. Friendly, genuine service, attentive care, knowledgeable menu advice, etc. Our party of 3 arrived late after a recent Seahawks game and we had an exceptional experience! Kim greeted our party and made sure we were well taken care of. She explained the menu and features and was very thorough. We loved the appie options, which literally became our dinner. I especially loved the loaded nachos, and dumplings. Wow! Fresh and a bit spicy! The burgers were outstanding! :) Thank you Local! See you soon!"

"The food is truly delicious. The steak and dumplings *chefs kiss. The local Burger was perfectly seasoned and gooey in just the right way. And the apple pie cobbler was so good we had it first and we’re glad we did. The drinks were also perfectly crafted but the real icing on the cake was Tina our server! Attentive and kind and steered us in the right direction. We highly recommend Local! *Ask for Tina!"

"I planned a business lunch here, and the food was great! Atmosphere was super nice and walkable from our office is always a bonus. We had a little hiccup with our table size due to OpenTable not syncing with their system properly but the service recovery was outstanding. I got a very nice call the next day from the GM Nicole (and was messaging with Hadley). It was the perfect example of how to have a productive conversation when something doesn’t go right. We will definitely be returning! While they work out the OpenTable tech issues, I would just recommend if you have a large table to give them a quick call to make sure they have the capacity to seat everyone together at that time."
